Except the speech constitutes harassment or one other crime, or targets a particular individual, it must be protected. Censorship will not be the reply to vile, bigoted or ignorant speech. The reply is extra speech, extra debate, extra variety of concepts.
Free speech and public discourse are foundational to a functioning democracy.
